When you’re visiting a desert oasis like Palm Springs nothing becomes more essential than a pair of flip flops. When we heard that the uber cool Ace Hotel & Swim Club and Havaianas teamed up to offer guests special limited edition flip flops in each of the rooms’ mini bars we couldn’t get over what a simple and clever match the brands made.

Essentially bringing the gift shop to the guest room and bringing relevant products to the consumer at the right time, the collaboration sets the right tone to reach out to guests. The design of the Ace Hotel Havaianas was inspired by simplicity and pays homage to the original Havaianas designed in 1962. Each pair features a pin modelled after the hotel’s signature coyote mascot that was custom designed by the hotel.
